All pairs are examined with care and attention in the smallest details by our experts, in order to guarantee you an authentic pair, without defect and not a counterfeit.
They will be delivered with their original box and a certificate of authenticity.
Delivery
We offer delivery in France, Europe and internationally with the exception of the Maghreb, Russia and Asia.
You can instantly check the progress of your order via the tracking number which will be communicated to you by email and available in your customer area via the Track my order section.
Delivery delay :
- 48h for sizes with the mention "Delivery 48h"
- 3 to 13 working days for other sizes in Metropolitan France against 4 to 14 working days maximum internationally.
Shipping cost :
- Free from 180€ of purchase in France,
- Variable price for countries outside France
Returns
Kickzmi primarily offers a personal shopper service. Only items that are in stock (indicated as delivery within 48 hours) are eligible for return (see return policy and CGV)
Regarding eligible items, only unworn items will be accepted, and returned in their original boxes: please write to us at the following address: ce.kickzmi@gmail.com
The return costs are your responsibility.
It will be imperative to send us the product(s) properly packaged and protected in another carton (double box) than that of the original box, accompanied by additional products if there were any (double laces, brand sticker, zip, etc.)
Only unworn items, returned in their original condition and in their original boxes, and respecting the return instructions will be accepted.

We accept payment by credit card via Mollie, and Paypal.
