In the event of an error, all costs incurred for reshipping the order will be entirely your responsibility.

Changing the delivery address of an order already shipped to the address indicated by the customer when validating the order is not possible.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of those items is out of stock: We will ship the remainder of your order, refunding you to your original payment method for items not in stock. Please note that it is possible to receive several packages for the same order if it consists of several items.

Upon receipt of your order, you have 30 days to return it to us. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
