Business is back on the side of adidas and Yeezy!

For more than six months, the brand with the three stripes completely stopped the sale of pairs of sneakers from its partnership with Kanye West, because of the comments made by the rapper. Throughout the day on May 31, 2023, sales resumed in the United States, South America and Canada, followed by Europe on June 1 with unprecedented restocks and releases. However, the controversy was such that retailers decided to remove the pairs from their shelves, making it impossible to buy adidas Yeezy sneakers in stores. For a few days, some rumors have been circulating concerning a possible restocking of around twenty pairs in-store in Footlocker in the United States but also at other retailers.

Adidas YZY footwear: restock and releases

Going forward, the footwear line will be called adidas YZY Footwear, breathing new life into the growing lineup without Ye. Moreover, we can see on some photos that the name “YZY” replaces “YEEZY” initially present on the boxes that accompany the pairs of sneakers. If the rumors are confirmed, there should be YZY Boost 350V2, 700, foam runners or even slides perfect for the summer weather. Here is the list of pairs announced by Yeezy Mafia:
